Island therapist pens book to improve relationships

A psychosexual therapist from the Isle of Man has written a new book for a nationwide relationship charity.

Cate Campbell is the clinical supervisor at Relate - the guide is designed to help people improve their general and sexual intimacy.

Figures show 51 per cent of people haven't had sex for a month with the book giving advice on how to improve this suggesting ways of incorporating a more relaxed approach to expression.
