Watchdog welcomes discussion over sea services

TravelWatch has welcomed government's pledge to consult with the public over the long term future of ferry services - saying there is a clear opportunity for improvements to be made.

Three options have been put on the table - replace the current User Agreement in 2026, end the deal early and go out to tender, or ask the Steam Packet to propose a new deal.
