Time to win back the prom for the people says government

It's time to win Douglas Promenade back for the people.

That's the message from the Department of Infrastructure after the news that £21 million plans to revamp the area are being altered.

Concerns had been raised about the horse tram tracks being moved to the walkway - they are still moving but the space surrounding them is being redistributed.
