More commissioners stand down over electoral register issues

Two Ramsey commissioners have been encouraged to stand down after their names weren't included on the electoral register.

Geoff Quayle and Wilf Young have withdrawn after they failed to register to vote manually.

As a result there are vacancies in the north and south.
