Moving drug strategy a 'dereliction of duty' says MHK

The Department of Home Affairs has completely given up trying to police drug abuse cases on the Island.

That was the stark accusation levelled at the Minister in Tynwald this week by Onchan MHK Peter Karran.

He's argued that transferring the drug and alcohol strategy to Health and Social Care is a dereliction of duty.
