TT racer Jamie Hamilton has updated race fans on his health a month on from his serious crash in the Senior Race.
Taking to his Facebook page Jamie outlined the extent of his injuries referring to multiple fractures to his right leg and foot, as well as fractures to his right arm and a head injury.
It marked the first time in three and half weeks that he's been allowed to turn his phone on - he says he's been overwhelmed by how much support he's received and wishes he could thank everyone individually.
The Northern Irish man told fans he has a long process of rehabilitation to go through before it's decided if he can race again.
In closing Jamie paid tribute to racing medic Doctor John Hinds who lost his life following a crash at a race meet last Friday.
