90 years before coastal erosion seriously impacts Kirk Michael

Kirk Michael residents have at least 90 years before coastal erosion begins to seriously impact the village.
If allowed to continue eroding at its current rate, it's predicted the Broogh Wyllin housing estate would be lost to the sea sometime at the turn of the next century.
Sea defence works would cost between six and eight million pounds - which government says is currently not a viable option.
Environment, Food and Agriculture Minister Richard Ronan says work will have to wait:
