Minister says MHK's criticisms aren't valid

MHK David Quirk is criticising alterations to Douglas promenade plans by government because he doesn't understand the planning process.

That's according to Infrastructure Minister Phil Gawne - following remarks by the Onchan representative earlier this week.

Mr Quirk says the department has amended plans to revamp Douglas Promenade without informing the public.
