Four men from England who were accused of kidnap have been formally acquitted.
Muhammad Khan, Amman Sohail, Zishaan Sharif and Abdul Ahad have had the charge against them dropped.
The men from Bradford and Burnley were accused of trying to take a man from the Isle of Man to England on October 31st last year.
At Douglas Courthouse today the prosecution offered no evidence saying the complainant would not give evidence against the men.
As a result the charge has now been withdrawn.
