New MLC wants election process changed

A new MLC is calling for changes to be made to the Legislative Council election process.

David Anderson - who is being sworn in this morning - says it's time for the process to evolve with the times.

Education and Children Minister Tim Crookall also secured a position over long-standing MLC Phil Braidwood in yesterday's elections.
