Man accused of offence against Island's High Bailiff

A Castletown man has been charged with a public order offence after an incident involving the Island's High Bailiff.
21-year-old Christopher Lunt appeared at Douglas Courthouse yesterday accused of causing John Needham to believe he would receive "immediate unlawful violence".
The offence was allegedly committed at the Isle of Man Courts of Justice on Saturday, May 30th, whilst Mr Needham was presiding over a court sitting.
Lunt is also charged with a separate offence of unlawful assault against a woman.
A three week adjournment was granted - Lunt will next appear in court on June 23rd.
