Don't reform the Island's domestic rating system at the expense of local authorities.
That's the warning from an Onchan commissioner after consultation responses from 1,477 people were published.
Over 46 per cent of people said higher property tax bands are needed for estates worth more than £1 million - however more than 49 per cent suggested that an "all-Island rate" should be made payable - which is then allocated to the local authorities.
