Have the large numbers of people abusing legal highs had any impact on the Island's Mental Health Service?

Onchan MHK Peter Karran is pitching the question to Minister for Health and Social Care Howard Quayle in Tuesday's House of Keys sitting.

Mr Karran wants to know how many cases of psychosis have been linked to its usage.
