Three men arrested for Douglas assault

Three men have been arrested for an alleged assault on two men in Douglas.

Police say the incident took place early yesterday morning in the area of Nelson Street.

One of the victims received substantial injuries to his head and face, the other suffered a leg injury.

Both were discharged from hospital the next day.

The suspects are on police bail whilst inquiries continue.
