An Onchan MHK says government needs to pay attention to signs in the market regarding Port Erin's Marine Biological Centre.

A letter was sent by Peter Karran to the Economic Development Minister in March of this year - asking for him to consider the site's development.

Laurence Skelly responded by placing the property on the market.

However, prospective buyers are limited - and the time limit on expressions of interest has been extended.
