Pinewood resignation will have no impact says Minister

Government's man in Pinewood Film Studios resigned for "personal reasons" and his resignation won't affect the Island's Media Development Fund.

That's according to the Treasury Minister who says Steve Christian has also notified his intention to step down from the board of the Manx Utilities Authority.

A question of "urgent public importance" was tabled in the House of Keys yesterday by South Douglas MHK Kate Beecroft who wanted to know what happens next.

It's a subject she's been highly critical of in the past - something Eddie Teare criticised:
