Footballers on the Island have benefitted from the opportunity to play against professional sporting stars from further afield.
That's the view of Isle of Man FA chief executive Frank Stennett who's praised the men who played against Leeds United last night.
The match ended in a 1-1 draw - the Leeds' team was made up primarily of academy players.
It's the first game the FA has held with a professional club in 10 years - Frank says more are planned for the future:
