Benefit system will be secure promises Minister

The new benefit payments system will be entirely secure from fraudsters.

That's according to the Treasury Minister who has clarified the security measures which will be in place.

New cards will be encrypted and post office staff won't have access to PIN data - claimants will also be asked to provide photographic evidence in order to receive benefits.
