Proposed changes to Tobacco Bill sees drastic change

A proposed amendment to Public Health's Tobacco Bill would see drastic changes to the way cigarettes are sold and marketed on Island.
As it stands, an estimated one in five people on the Isle of Man smoke.
Eye-catching display stands and vending machines would be stopped in an effort to stop people taking up the habit.
