Ramsey man left with serious head injuries following possible fall

Witnesses are sought to an incident which left a Ramsey man with serious head injuries over the weekend.

At about 9.20pm a 35 year old man was found lying unconscious on the pavement outside Ramsey Town Hall.

Early indications would suggest he sustained his injuries in a fall, and was not the victim of a crime.

Police believe a man sat in the nearby Trawlerman fish and chip shop may have witnessed what happened, they are appealing to him to come forward.

The man remained as an in-patient in ITU at Nobles Hospital where his condition remains serious.
