Transparency back on the Tynwald question paper

The Chief Minister and the Treasury Minister are being questioned on transparency in Tynwald.

It follows calls for government to publish concealed information regarding its relations with commercial organisations - like Pinewood plc - and details of public sector investments - like the National Insurance Fund.

On Tuesday, Douglas West MHK Chris Thomas will ask Allan Bell if he plans to publish the government's strategic objectives for the Island.

Mr Thomas will also be asking Eddie Teare to publish wording of commercial confidentiality clauses prohibiting the publication of information about public/private sector partnerships.
