Government move internal data to new MT facility

Government has moved a significant amount of its internal data to a new Manx Telecom facility.

The move saw 25 racks of IT equipment moved to MT's Greenhill Datacentre following a procurement exercise launched last year.

It forms part of government's relocation of assets strategy, with savings expected from freeing up office space in the centre of Douglas.
