Corinthians and Peel approached their FA Cup final with impressive wins, defeating Douglas Royal 8-0 and DHSOB 6-1 respectively.

Corinthians were 5-0 up at half-time against their neighbours, Alice Ashe (4), Kiera Morgan (2), Anna Dillon and Jade Burden scored for the Whites, also completing a clean sweep in all four matches this season over Royal with a 30-2 aggregate. It will also be the first time Douglas Royal finish outside the top two places since the 2006/07 season.

Peel led 2-0 at half-time, Sarah Wignall, Sarah O’Reilly, Vanessa Christian, Emily Jones, Natalie Swales and Kira Buchan scored for the westerners, Helen Cooper netting for the Douglas outfit. Peel will finish their highest league position to date, securing second place following this victory.
