Powerchair Football

Powerchair Football is a fast paced, exciting sport for ALL adults and children with physical disabilities (quadriplegia, multiple sclerosis, muscular dystrophy, cerebral palsy, head trauma, stroke, spinal cord injury and more). This workshop will provide an introduction to the game including; powerchair football rules, equipment, football drills and session ideas.

The Sports Development Unit would like to offer regular Powerchair Football Sessions for both adults and children and therefore encourage any potential participants, volunteers and coaches to attend this workshop. EVERYONE will have the opportunity to experience the game using a range of competition power wheelchairs and / or bumpers.
