Police enquiries have begun into Guy Martin's lap around the TT course at high-speed in a £200,000 car.
Guy drew attention to the trip after claiming that he drove around the course in 22-minutes in an interview with the Sunday Times Driving magazine.
He test-drove an Aston Martin Vanquish Carbon Edition - reaching up to 180 miles an hour on open roads in derestricted zones.
Guy says he took to the roads at 5:30am - with the temperature just above zero - travelling through Ballacrye with the accelerator "flat to the floor".
Our listeners took to Facebook to present us with their thoughts on the article.
Jeremy says he's irresponsible and should be banned from driving on the Island, while Andrew says he's done nothing wrong, as 'derestricted means derestricted'.
Gareth insists that he's a great TT rider, but has been foolish on the roads and 'stupid' to brag about it in the article.
The Isle of Man Constabulary is declining to comment on the article at present - but says it's looking into the incident.
