The first 12 engineering graduates to benefit from government's apprenticeship course have all been given Island-based work in the industry.
They started the Department of Education and Children's Foundation Apprenticeship in Engineering in 2013, now based at the Advanced Manufacturing Training Centre.
It has given each student practical experience working with Kiartys, RLC Ronaldsway, Swagelok and Triumph Actuation Systems.
Applications are now available for the 2015 intake beginning in September - more details can be found on the Isle of Man College website.
