Communication failures experienced by Steam Packet passengers over the Manannan cancellations are 'unacceptable' and discredit the Isle of Man.
That's according to people who were booked on the boat this week - which suffered damage to the propulsion and manoeuvring system last Friday.
As a result the company has been forced to ditch its Liverpool services and make alternative arrangements for those travelling to and from Belfast.
