Government has been warned that there will be implications for doubling land development tax.
The controversial move was introduced in this years budget - coming into force at the beginning of April.
It's expected to save £3 million - which will enable over 10,000 low earning individuals to be removed from paying tax.
Over 50 local property development professionals attended a meeting last week with the Treasury Minister Eddie Teare to have their voices heard.
