Questions about the Isle of Man Prison are being asked to see if progress has been made following a critical report in 2011.
That's according to Onchan MHK Zac Hall who has explained the reasoning behind his probe in recent sittings of Tynwald and the House of Keys.
His enquiries have so far uncovered the extent of budget cuts to education - he has six more questions tabled for Tuesday.
He now wants to know the breakdown of nationalities at the prison, statistics on home detention curfews and plans for an anti-bullying strategy.
