Vandals should be ashamed say police

Vandals who have damaged a children's park in Onchan have been told they will be prosecuted if caught.

Play equipment was targeted between Wednesday night and Thursday morning - with graffiti sprayed on some items.

Police say a lot of money is invested in parks and recreation areas and whoever did this ought to be "ashamed of themselves".

Officers say this has ruined one of the best parks on the Island for young children as well as having a financial implication.
