A comprehensive census on Manx demographics and lifestyle shows a decline in people registered to vote.
That's according to acting executive director of Policy and Strategy Carl Hawker - who says there were only 59,703 electors here on October 1 2014.
It compares to approximately 60,500 in 2011.
The study covers a wide range of subjects - from crime figures to volumes of treated water.
