Positive response to plans to take TT worldwide

There's been a positive response to calls for a new promoter to take on the TT brand.

Economic Development Minister Laurence Skelly says the first stage of the bid process has been a success with 13 "credible" parties interested. 

Additionally there's been communication from a number of international venues and locations which have declared an interest in hosting TT Series events.

However Mr Skelly says the original title for that proposed event has had to be changed due to licensing issues:
