Claims police cuts are affecting serious criminal cases

Are cuts to the Island's police force having an impact on the ability to investigate serious criminal cases?

That's the question being posed by Onchan MHK Peter Karran who wants to know if an investigation into the Louis Group has been put back.

In the House of Keys this week he claimed that the long-running financial case has been delayed.
