Peel Commissioners look to reduce numbers

Tynwald will have the final say on whether or not Peel Commissioners can reduce numbers next year.

Under the scheme submitted to the Department of Infrastructure commissioners would be reduced from nine to seven.

An inquiry into the proposal was chaired by former advocate Geoff Karran - Tynwald will now form its decision based on his recommendations.
