Residents will pay more for NHS dental treatment if plans are approved by Tynwald.
From April 1, increases would span across all three bands of treatment - bringing the Island in line with changes made in England.
Plans would see examination, diagnosis, treatment, planning and maintenance rise by £2, other treatments may see a £5.90 hike and the provision of appliances could swell by £21.
It's the first time an increase in charges has been considered since 2010.
