New photo technology to be used for Parish Walk 2015

Walkers will be guaranteed a photo finish in this year's Manx Telecom Parish Walk thanks to clever new technology.

Pic2Go will post photographs - taken by the official photographers - to instantly upload images to participants Facebook pages during the race.

Special software will recognise a barcode on the race number of each walker.

Chief executive Mike Dee says the company is happy to invest in technology without spoiling the traditions of the race:
