Jobs could be lost due to on-going work to review the "problematic" Attorney General's Chambers.
That's according to the Chief Minister who says the prosecutions department is being restructured for a number of reasons.
This, he says, is in line with the Wooler Report which was never made public but which was designed to help improve the chambers.
