All MHKs are responsible for ensuring the Budget is "fair".
That's according to Douglas West MHK Chris Thomas - who will direct nine questions at the Treasury Minister on the statistics for 2015/16 in the House of Keys today.
One queries why the Minister expects an increase in Resident Income Tax receipts of £7.5 million in 2016.
Mr Thomas also wants to know why transfers from the National Insurance Fund to revenue or capital accounts is expected to rise by over 70 per cent in 2014/15.
