Outgoing MLC explains MHKs' interest in LegCo

There's just two weeks to go until an election is held to fill the four vacant seats in the Legislative Council.

Six people will contest four seats - three are existing MHKs.

If David Anderson, David Cretney and Bill Henderson are all successful it will result in three by-elections.
