Police are gearing up as burglaries similar to those seen in January appear to be resurfacing.
39 cases of burglary and attempted burglary took place nearly a month ago - in that time the Isle of Man Constabulary has recruited eight new officers to the beat.
Two more took place in Peel on Monday night at two addresses in Ballatesson Meadow.
Both crimes bare some resemblance to the January spate - as thieves chose to make off with homeowners' jewellery.
Witnesses to suspicious activity are asked to contact Police Headquarters.
