Police want to see return of Neighbourhood Watch

The constabulary are calling on vigilant members of the public to play their part and form a Neighbourhood Watch team.

They want to re-energise the once popular concept, particularly in light of the recent spate of burglaries throughout January.

39 homes were burgled with thousands of pounds worth of goods taken, so far no culprits have been caught.
