New housing bill unlikely to come in soon says Minister

There isn't enough time to put a new-look Landlord and Tenant Bill through this government's administration.

That's the admission from the Health and Social Care Minister after the Bill was thrown out for review last week.

The proposals in their original form failed to drum up support in the House of Keys with MHKs voting against the attempt, by 16 to six, and it was agreed regulations should be amended.
