First-time buyers are being invited to discuss their options about buying a house in conjunction with government.
The Department of Health and Social Care has organised three open days for those people interested in purchasing through the shared equity scheme.
They'll take place in Ramsey, Port St Mary and Peel.
Staff will be on hand to advise buyers on how the schemes work and what they should be thinking about in the run up to their purchase.
