Hefty overtime bill for police following burglaries

Police dealing with the recent burglary epidemic have been paid over £100,000 in overtime.
The Isle of Man Constabulary is starting to count the cost of having officers working extended shifts during January.
The Island was rocked with 39 burglaries in less than a month - a significant amount of cash and jewellery was stolen.
The overtime bill currently stands at £104,844.
