The scene: Fire crews and paramedics working together to extract the driver

The Fire and Rescue Service attended the scene of a car on its roof this morning.

Ramsey fire crews were dispatched to a field adjacent to Jurby Road at around 7:30am, where they found a single female occupant trapped inside.

The driver was cut free and paramedics removed her from the vehicle - transferring her into an ambulance.

Fire crews remained in attendance to ensure the vehicle was safe for recovery.
