Using a mobile phone whilst driving is as bad as taking to the roads under the influence of drink or drugs.
That's the hard hitting message from the Department of Infrastructure's Road Safety Team.
It's launched a new campaign this week against texting and e-mailing behind the wheel - the offence carries a fine of £2,500 and four penalty points.
