Hospital patients in Spain receive a better standard of service than they do on the Isle of Man.
That's the message from the Health and Social Care Minister who's been touring hospitals there on an information gathering expedition.
Howard Quayle says Britain can learn a great deal from the country's efficiency in delivering some of the best hospitals in Europe.
He says the trip is a small price to pay to improve our offering as taxpayers here aren't currently getting their money's worth:
