The Data Protection Office has discredited Infrastructure's explanation for a blunder with the new 'Go School' travel card system last year.
It involved a parent who'd logged on to top up their child's travel card - on doing so they realised they were looking at someone else's private data.
Initially the public were told it was just extreme coincidence because both individuals had identical log in information.
However supervisor Iain McDonald disputes this saying it looks like password protection failure:
