No jury has yet been sworn-in for the trial of a Castletown man accused of murder.
The 12-strong panel was due to be chosen today, on the first day of Ian Anderson's trial, but it's been postponed until next Monday.
The 45-year old denies killing 60-year-old Ballabeg man Neil Roberts in 2013.
Deemster Montgomerie expressed his "sincere apologies" for the delay.
The trial, which is due to last for five weeks, is due to resume next Monday - Anderson remains on remand at the Isle of Man Prison.
