MHK wants answers over recent crime wave

Onchan MHK Peter Karran says he wants to know the reason behind the recent burglary epidemic.

He will ask the Home Affairs Minister in the House of Keys tomorrow why this type of crime has shot up Island-wide.

He's attributing it to cuts to the force, including a reduction in the number of officers, which he says has undermined the safety of Manx residents.
